Mainly on wet shave equipment... wow how expensive is all that stuff. I've recently found the joys of "Gilette the best a man could get" Mach 3 razor's, coutesy of my brothers stuff so decided to start wet shaving in the morning.

As a result of that, and the fact I struggled to get up this morning (Wed) I have got a Ginsters OCP for lunch as didn't have time to make my salad.

For Tea last night I had pork chop with organic baby pots, carrot, brocolli (steamed) plus courgette and mushrooms served with apple sauce and gravy.

For afters I had a couple of marshmallow tea cakes and one of my darc choc, choc ices.

For breakfast I had my Cocopops and as it's Louise's birthday today, I cheekily had a Do-nut (well it is National Do-nut week, this week)

Feel a bit piggy and lardy now that I have written this....

Until next time.

But hey I got in approx 3.5hrs and that includes a stop for fuel and dropping off the gorgeous Lisa at Temple Meads

Now for the juicy info you really want to know.

So far today I have had a.....

Chicken salad baguette - with produce procured from Mr Tesco and assembled with my own fair hand..

In addition to this I have to admit to having had 2 mintoes from the bowl in reception.

Not sure what I will be having for Tea, but may go to Mr Tesco's in Dustable rather than the poor excuse for a supermarket (J Sainsbury Brannington, Luton) who pride themselves on making anyone who wants to shop on a Monday, have to make do with the left overs from the weekend.

For Wednesday's nioghts Tea - I had chicken breast topped with ham, cheese and mushrooms and served it with carrots, broccoli and peas.

I will start to look like chicken, carrots, broccoli and peas if I eat that combination again this week

I finished it off with a darc choc ice.

I haven't made food today as I am due off site for a meeting over lunch, but we shall see it that happens...

Don't know what I'm having for tea tonight as I shall be travellig back to Bristol to see my gorgeous, sexy, fun loving girlfriend and she normally cooks for me but I get home to late (tired and teazy) to eat.

Last night I had the rest of my Chicken Fillets in Lemon and coriander with the same yummy combination of steamed veggies but added some sweetcorn with my peas.

For afters I had a dark choc ice

And got up this morning (Wed) and made an identical tuna salad ready for my lunch.

For b'fast I had a sml bowl of Frosties and didn't add any more sugar which must be a first for me.

Haven't felt my belt loosen yet but at least I am getting at least 5 portions of veg each day, so my bro should be happy
