Well I went to JS on my way home last night and resisted temptation to buy anything other than some more tissues for my streaming nose.

Last night I had the rest of my Chicken Fillets in Lemon and coriander with the same yummy combination of steamed veggies but added some sweetcorn with my peas.

For afters I had a dark choc ice

And got up this morning (Wed) and made an identical tuna salad ready for my lunch.

For b'fast I had a sml bowl of Frosties and didn't add any more sugar which must be a first for me.

Haven't felt my belt loosen yet but at least I am getting at least 5 portions of veg each day, so my bro should be happy
